Nestlé Cerelac Rice with Milk is made from a base of hydrolyzed rice flour and rice flour, blended with skimmed milk powder and a mix of vegetable oils (such as low erucic rapeseed oil, high oleic sunflower oil, and sunflower oil). Depending on the regional market formulation, it may also contain sucrose for taste and vanillin flavor. To provide essential nutrition for growing infants, the formula is heavily fortified with minerals (including calcium carbonate, iron-rich ferrous fumarate, zinc sulphate, and potassium iodide) and vitamins (Vitamin C, E, A, D, K, and B-complex vitamins like Thiamin, Niacin, B6, and Folic Acid). Finally, it is enriched with Bifidobacterium lactis cultures to support gut health, along with antioxidants (tocopherol-rich extract and ascorbyl palmitate) to maintain product freshness.
